We were introduced to Susan's coaching style through the Trail Divas summer program in which my two daughters (ages 10 and 16) participated. I appreciated that Susan not only made it a fun experience but also taught the skills necessary for safe running. My oldest daughter came into the summer program with some lingering injuries from playing lacrosse. Susan was attentive to her condition and took extra time to teach her some exercises to help strengthen weak areas. Based on Coach Susan's supportive attitude and knowledge, we hired her to work individually with my daughter on conditioning for the next lacrosse season. After weekly coaching sessions for a few months, my daughter was well conditioned and able to go on to an injury-free season of lacrosse. Coach Susan truly cares about her clients!

Since you played an important role helping me to recover from overusing my knee, I want to let you know that after last Tuesday I ran twice for 3.3mi/each time and had no issues at all! I believe your instructions about posture, which part of the foot to use, etc. was key to my better performance!
I am excited about running and have some buddies as well.
