Ladies Trail Tuesdays

We are a women-only running group that meets on Tuesday mornings in Gig Harbor.  The focus is on building strength and speed amid the beauty of the trails.  Each class offers workout options for a variety of fitness levels.  So, beginners and veterans will all be at home here.  We encourage each member to be her personal best and share our individual strengths in the journey together.

Sessions are offered throughout the year on an ongoing basis.  Newcomers are always welcome!  $80/8-week session or $15 drop-in.

Trail Stompers

Back again this summer! Great+Full's trail running program for boys age 9-13.  Trail Stompers promotes physical fitness through trail running in a supportive, empowering environment.  We focus on gratitude and teamwork, while teaching efficient running techniques and building strength and speed.  Trail Guides add their own unique twist to our time in the forest.

 

This group welcomes guys of all experience-levels interested in personal growth through running, friendship and fun!

 

Multi-week session.  All classes at McCormick Forest Park.

Monday evenings, 6 to 7pm this June and July.

Trail Divas

Fantastic trail running program for girls age 9-13.  Trail Divas promotes physical fitness through trail running in a supportive, empowering environment.  We focus on gratitude and teamwork, while teaching efficient running techniques and building strength and speed.  Mentors are eager to share their own fitness journeys.

 

This group welcomes girls of all experience-levels interested in personal growth through running, friendship and fun!

 

Multi-week session.  All classes at McCormick Forest Park.

Thursday mornings, 9:30 to 10:30am this June and July.

Harbor Track and Field

Currently on hiatus.  Check back often for updates!

This program, led by USATF-certified coaches, former collegiate athletes and childhood educators, is a basic introduction to both running events (short, long distance and relays) as well as field events, such as long jump, broad jump, kid-friendly javelin, hurdles, and softball throws. Our focus is to have fun while teaching form and technique in a positive and inclusive team setting.

Adult Private or Small Group Coaching

Initial consultation followed by first month of each training cycle including training plan, schedule set-up and race nutrition planning.  First month and each additional month also include once weekly in-person coaching and additional phone/text/email support.  We can also arrange access to online and smartphone training calendar.

 

Other arrangements and consultations available, including short-term or speed work only.  Please inquire.
